I would like to buy a good farming earth staff or someting of that sort.

I'd say try for Kyrios' staff (look at the "sell" topic, natch). The enchant extension mod is perfect for a solo build.

I am putting together a E/A build I have seen on pvx and other places to try to solo farm and to solo the primevil kings area (near the dragon's lair, prophecies)

I need a good earth staff or wand and held. my current staff although quite good wont work for this build.

I also need advice on the runes and such that would benefit this build. Currently I have a +1 mod to earth magic and a +1 to shadow arts available but not installed yet.

I need to go cap shadow form before i can test the build.

Well i can help you with the runes ill show you the armor i have its the best you can upgrade them, well at least the earth runes and i even have some insight runes you could have to increase your energy. Free of charge of corse!

I need to know more of this crafting runes for the best fit, I dont like to be half ass on wat i make if i dont know what could be.....or could of been. I did get some silk from Dwarf shaman gear with my expert salvage kit.

I'd look at the Wiki for a list of runes and insignias. Sig's armor is all decked out at this point (at least, as decked as Pre armor gets :/ ) with Survivor, Radiant, Vitae, and of Attunement, with a Knight's on the shield. This is optimal for a w/mo in my situation (trying for LDoA) because it gives me enough hit points and energy to live solo against all but the worst combo of Charr that can exist in a Northlands patrol. Look at the possibilities; unless you HAVE to have those higher skill bonus runes I'd think about skipping them, the +1 runes are still a noticeable benefit without the hefty penalty.
