It's accessible from Gunnar's Hold, and it's a solo quest by nature. No mobs, but about 20-25 enemies in 6-8 minutes.
Basically you use brawling skills (you get a completely different skill bar for this) to beat up a series of Stone Summit dwarves. You never get mobbed, but you do get attacked repeatedly by about 2-3 enemies at a time. You get one NPC helping you, Kilroy Stonekin, but he doesn't actually steal drops.
Think of it as a Pre-Searing run through with 2 bosses, all enemies Level 20 or higher, and drop rates similar to pre-searing but for Eye of the North grade items. The first boss tends to drop scrolls, good for xp-survivor farming, and the chest at the end always has an ale. Alas, most of the items are sell-to-merchant junk, but at least the good ones are maxed, unlike Pre.
This location works best for holiday items, but you can get gold drops occasionally and there is a locked chest you can pick for items. You also stand a decent chance of rares, since the drop rate is similar to soloing a moderately high level area.
The key advantages are that brawling is like a festival event, so the unique skill set is not something you tire of quickly, and that A-Net wants you to solo here (so no nerfs).
Have fun, just don't get the place nerfed by A-Net. Perhaps this is an area you are supposed to farm... You get a lot of xp and dwarf faction, good if you are looking for Dwarf elite armor or other faction benefits...
